Brand new with superb design and facilities. Yanis and his family started very successfully and we wish them all the best in such a challenging business. The villa in real exceeded our expectations, although we viewed the photos and reviews. It outperformed many 5 star hotels and boutiques we have been before. Every detail is well thought with care - design, quality of materials and furniture, quality of linen/wardrobe/towels. Pool is very clean, and everything inside the villa was super clean. Separate thanks for serving 5 star breakfast inside the villa.

The breakfast is served each morning straight to your room, prepared and plated for you. The food is varied each time according to your preferences which you state on arrival and it is always fresh, bursting with flavour, gorgeous and delicious. The room's view of the stunning caldera is enrapturing, particularly at sunset. I'm certain to remember this view for the rest of my life from the balcony with a glass of wine in the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay at Luxus VIP. The host Anastasia was very kind, provided all information about the area and was ready to help at any time. The room was clean and well designed. The view from the balcony took our breathes. Every morning tasty breakfast was served according to our order. The location is great. But be aware of lots of tourists trying to take photos at the spot.

Andrea’s cave house is gorgeous and super comfortable. Andrea herself is super helpful and she went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. It is a winning combination!

Super recomended. Also visit the two restaurants close to the apartment, Μεταξύ Μας and Anemolos. Rent a car is a must.
