An unique experience of the Netherlands, a good location in the countryside close to Groningen. The host was super friendly. And there is a unique bar where we had breakfast which was good. They had some special good dark bread which was incredible. And the place in general was exceptionally clean. One more thing, the place was super quiet.

This was our third stay at Villa Emmen. We were sorry to have to forgo breakfast, which was really very good both of the other times we stayed, because of an early train connection. The B&B is very close to Emmen's rail station. Our room was quite spacious with 2 balconies, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules, and tea making facilities.
