Such a brilliant crew working there and they were so very patient & helpful with me when I lost my cell phone….I was panicked because I’d left it in the cab and then by the grace of God, the cab driver returned within 1.5 hours and walked in with it in his hand 🙌🏼🥰🎉📱 Of course I rewarded him with 100 pounds lol 😂 but he would only take 50! The hotel crew allowed me behind their reception desk to hop on their computer so I could try to trace my phone and I was standing there trying for at least one hour during a very busy check in time lol!! these people were amazing 🤩

We spent two nights in the hotel for my birthday. The location is brilliant, just 10 minutes walking from the Temple Meads station, which makes it very convenient. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The team went the extra mile to make the occasion special.
