Ronnie organized the tours who picked me up at pontoon literally around the corner. The most memorable was taputapuatea Marae highlight and Faaroa river ride Havana tours uplifting nga taonga tuku iho o nga tupuna. Also Ta'aha tour Vanilla, Pearl and Rum farm and bonus snorkeling coral reef mama also whipped up a kete and potae for us to take home from coconut leaves. The Fare is comfortable and well provisioned for self-catering. This delightful place is one of the best kept secrets in the whole Pacific.

You should hire a car anyway to see the entire island, its gorgeous. We enjoyed conversing with the other guests during our stay and the breakfast of bread and fresh fruit was delightful. We highly recommend staying at La Maison Du Voyage and look forward to going back!
