Great service all round. I left two expensive shirts on my room. I rang the hotel and had them back in a couple of days at a cost £3.95. Most hotels wouldn’t have done that … so grateful

Great value, lovely location, I popped next door to the golf clubhouse as the bar was busy with a large wedding party, I was made very welcome by a lovely lady "Adele" she was so welcoming a credit to your establishment BTW the breakfast was fabulous.

Food prepared for guests in afternoon following a funeral. Staff set up at side of bar with enough seating for us all. Special dietary requirement for an individual guest was catered for without fuss. Bar snack menu was very limited but tasty.

A light and airy lounge, bar and restaurant area. Used for business lunches during weekdays. More children on the weekends due to the proximity to Harry Potter Studios, but they are out all day. The food menu is diverse enough if you are planning on eating there over a few days, and the food is good. The staff are welcoming and pleasant, especially at breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. The staff are so helpful. It’s easy to get to - perfect for Harry Potter world. There seemed to be a few other attractions near by too. The pool and gym were a little shabby but the kids loved it and it was a great way to tire them out. I thought this place was perfect for us.
I thought this place was perfect for us. We met our grandchildren there and they loved the pool. The evening menu was great for adults, unfortunately the children didn’t like anything but that’s not saying it was good. Picky eaters!

The staff were lovely. Really helpful. Put surprise birthday card and sweets in the room foe my son, which he loved. The room was tiny. Just enough space to walk between the double bed and the sofa bed. Bothe mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic and not much choice. Rooms are comfortable and modern, bathroom nice, usual facilities. reception staff lovely. lovely restaurant and bar area. really good little gym with modern machines (treadmills, bikes, techno gym weights machines, dumbbells and a tv). good parking. easy to get into Hemel and the M1. Had air conditioning, a nice big clean bathroom and really comfortable beds. Breakfast to go was included too. Really good value. Location was great. We didn't eat at the pub (as we fancied a change) but this is in the centre of old Hemel Hempstead and close to all the amenities. The pub is old, and feels really quaint.
