Our room was beautiful and comfortable, we stayed in the feature double room attached to the Inn. It was a large room with a sofa, two chairs and coffee table. We had lovely coffee and drink choices in the room, towels are thick and cozy, bed and pillows comfortable, toiletries very posh and nice, breakfast brilliant and lots to have and choose from their menu. Was nice to chill outside in the sun with a pint. Evening meal and wine delicious.
Located in Malham, The Victoria has a shared lounge and a bar. Free WiFi is available and on-site parking is provided. Parking is available on a first-come, first served basis.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast and very accomodating with our needs eg vegetarian breakfast and method of cooking the eggs eg, fried, pouched, scrambled etc. All the breakfast ingredients were sourced locally and the notice board advised where each item was from. The location was right in the middle of the village and the owner and staff were more than happy to offer suggestions. Little things like small flasks of milk for drinks in the rooms not forgetting, hot chocolate, tea, coffee and decaf (all Taylors) were free. We made use of the communal sitting room and never felt like we were in the way. A great place to stay. We shall come back again :) Thanks Michelle and hopefully see you 3 soon, Mich, Paula, Reuben and my Aunt Stella & Alex (on a visit from Canada).

Enjoyed the pubs, shop, and tea room; plus the local walks.
Enjoyed the pubs, shop, and tea room; plus the local walks. Unfortunately like much of England currently the walks suffered from the amount of litter particularly the amount of dog poo and full dog poo bags discarded in all sorts of places such as dry stone walls

Malham is absolutely beautiful.
Malham is absolutely beautiful. I can imagine it is really busy during the summer so October was an excellent time to visit. Malham Cove is stunning and a short walk from the village. There are lots of beautiful walks right from the village. We started and ate at The Lister Arms. Highly recommend this pub. The food is fantastic and the staff very welcoming. Loved the bar woth the open log fire after a long days hiking. The fish and chips were top notch. The Moules Marinere delicious. The beds very comfortable and the rooms stylish and cosy.

Malham is a beautiful old village with fantastic walking on the doorstep. The village is extremely picturesque everywhere and Gordale Scar,Janet's Foss and Malham Cove all provide the perfect circular walk from the village that can be done easily in 2/3 hours max and each place is unique and stunning! An absolute gem ! It gets busy obviously but early mornings or late afternoons and dusk are perfect times to see these places .Dusk walking is stunning here catching the late light .Paths are all well maintained and easy to follow with fantastic signage everywhere for those who are new to the area and the landscape is ancient and very interesting.

Malham walks are a must.
Malham walks are a must. Two main walks that I did were both great. The malham cove walk is challenging and you need plenty of energy and the second walk to gordale scar/Janet's foss is a very easy walk and a must too. It is also good for dogs. The two pubs are welcoming and friendly. Easy to get around and the old barn cafe has lovely staff and sensible prices.
The location of the property is perfect for walks particularly the Circular walk from Malham via Gordale Scar and Malham Cove. The staff made us feel extremely welcome on
arrival and throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice on the menu. The menu for lunch and evening meal was really good. The room was clean, comfortable
and spacious. Perfect for anyone with a dog, which are made very welcome with treats and dog mats for your table. We really loved The Lister Arms and will return in the future.
Absolutely beautiful stay at Miresfield, the rooms were gorgeous so spacious, comfy and decorated beautifully, loved the touch of some homemade biscuits too. Breakfast was fabulous, loveliest staff to welcome us and take our orders for breakfast. Location of the hotel is perfect, can take a walk to Malham cove or explore the near by villages, free parking at the hotel too. We loved our stay here and will definitely be returning!
The room was clean and well presented. There was lovely shortbread with our tea and coffee making and you got fresh milk.
The breakfast and meals were excellent and service brilliant. Can recommend the granola they make at breakfast.
I especially liked the range of real ales.
Did the malham walk and my daughter tells me that they do a good picnic on request.
We will definitely recommend and return to this pub hotel.
The perfect spot to base ourselves for a few days walking in the Dales. Kirkby Malham is a very quiet hamlet a mile from Malham. The Victoria Inn was easy to find, the staff made us very welcome and the food was superb. Buffet/cooked breakfast included in the price. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and every step had been taken to ensure staff and guests were COVID compliant.
Stayed overnight on a long distance walk. It's close enough to Malham and the Pennine Way goes right thru it. Perfect location. And the FOOD was WOW. Better than either of the pubs in Malham and the real ale selection was impressive. Breakfast was superb as well. Nothing to complain about here.
The breakfast and the food generally was amazing, (best bacon and sausages we've ever had!) Staff was super friendly and nice. The beds were incredibly comfy and the shower was like being down a waterfall (which is obviously really good). What else can I say, very good value for money
This little cottage is a gem. Comfortable, warm and cosy and perfectly located for exploring Malham and the surrounding area.
Thank you to the owners for the little extras (tea, coffee, biscuits and milk) which were very much appreciated after a long journey.
Fabulous location; walk from YHA Malham to Janet Foss, Gordale Scar waterfall and Malham Cove viewpoint, circular walk of three hours across the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
Comfortable rooms and very clean, with good bacon baps breakfast available!
The location is perfect, located within walking distance to Malham Cove, Gordale Scar, Janet Foss and Malham Tarn, perfect for walkers. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are great we have booked our next stay there already
set in the most beautiful surroundings with stunning views of the river and Malham Cove.
The gorgeous restaurant overlooks the river and serve’s incredible food, if you’re vegetarian there are plenty of options.
Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good location in Malham, near the wonderful Malham Cove, & Gordale Scar. A good place to start out from, or take a break on a walk around the dales.
Close to most things in and around Malham. 20 to 30 mins to local pubs with great food. Excellent for walkers with dogs, plenty of dog friendly pubs and eateries. Close to other towns with things to do.
