Very fairly priced. Had the choice of two rooms, which was nice. Friendly staff. Quiet. Close to amenities. Tea, coffee and biscuits was a nice bonus.

Everything we wanted to see was highly accessible and nearby. Colwyn beach itself was a great sight as well as the bay. We were able to visit a variety of sights such as; conwy castle, Llandudno pier/promenade/beach, dyserth waterfall, Denbigh castle and others. We had our own transport which made this easy!
