I thought it was luxurious with great staff and brilliant rooms. Staff couldn’t help enough. Krystof especially made our trip specially as our toddler hadn’t flown before and we promised her to watch plans before and we couldn’t, however he got us in the private lounge for 10 mins alone so she could watch them which she loved and really made the night before flying off that more special.
