2nd visit for us. Daughter & I came last year & the location was perfect for the event we were attending. The rooms are nice & clean & the staff super helpful. The thing that’s especially good is the electric car charging as coming from Bristol it was great to recharge overnight for the return journey. Definitely would stay again has a great vibe about the place.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room, lovely people, comfortable and good breakfast 😊
Front door key so no issues with timing going out or coming back late
Parking on-site but plenty on the road too
Plenty of good places to eat, pubs etc
I lived in Hertford for years so was visiting friends.
I lived in Hertford for years so was visiting friends. Ware is now a far nicer town than Hertford (for a long time it was the other way round). Lots of nice bars, pubs, restaurants etc.
Nice place.

Compact but attractive own with many nice old buildings with a good choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. The musem, churches and river also gives it a greater sense of place.
The good rail link alao means that London is only 50 odd minutes away.
The only main problem is, at times, the heavy traffic going through the high street.

Ware is a pleasant small river town with some lovely old buildings. Plenty of pubs restaurants and coffee houses. If the weather is good you can walk to Hartford 1.5 miles along the river which is another old town steeped in history.
Everything! Cleaned and finished to a high standard. Even extras you wouldn't expect! Location was perfect and only a 60 second walk from a Supermarket for necessities. Warm and cosy and quiet at night. Very secure and really appreciated the off road secure parking. Communication with the host was excellent. Dont look anywhere else in Ware, this is everything you need and more. Definitely be back!
The location was absolutely perfect for our pickleball tournament at Wodson Sports centre and even better to be in the middle of Ware with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants. The layout inside was fun. The kitchen was well equipped and there was even a bottle of milk in the fridge. Parking is a 60 second walk away.
We only stayed one night and did not eat at the hotel as had relatives close by. The room overlooking the courtyard was very comfortable, staff friendly and welcoming. Bar and lounge area very pleasant to relax in. Beautiful garden and grounds.
The location was very good for sightseeing in Ware and Hertford. The bed was very comfortable. The downstairs living area was very nice. Good value for money.
