The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, even allowing us to check-in late at night. We booked four rooms and while three of the rooms were great, one had a heavy smoking smell, which was unpleasant. We were too tired to request a change of room at the time, but it's possible that we could have avoided the issue if we had asked earlier. In general, we found the value for the money to be great.

The room is quitey spacious, the bathroom is of good size too and comes with a bidet. The bed is very comfortable, we like to sleep on a hard surface, ours was obviously new. Pillows were OK and we even found another one in the wardrobe. Receptionist was extra nice and helpful.
