Renowned as the world’s fashion and design capital, Milan is never short on places to see and things to experience. The stunning architecture of the Duomo di Milano and the famous La Scala theatre are just a few of the city’s breath-taking attractions. For a more intimate adventure, the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie with Leonardo da Vinci's “Last Supper” lets you view a masterpiece from Italy’s past.

The Navigli and Porta Romana districts are famed for restaurants and bars serving delicious Lombard cuisine and the very popular aperitivo. Make sure you try sweet delicacies at the chic Caffé Cova, founded in 1817, or another historical café, Zucca, in the Galleria.
Arriving at Malpensa or Linate Airports, you’re only a short trip from the city centre, where you can watch a game at the San Siro or enjoy Milan Fashion Week. Whether you’re staying in a chic apartment, design hotel or budget hostel, Booking.com has a perfect accommodation for your Milan holiday.
The city has a lot to see and enjoy. The Museums (Modern Art, Science and Technology and Natural History) are very good. But there was much more to do if there was time. It has an excellent transport network and tickets that work as passes for one day or more. Trains leave from Milan to many parts of Italy on a regular basis. It could be a great base for multiple trips. I just thought that if you don't stay in an apartment and have to eat all your meals outside, it's really expensive. In addition to the fees that are not even specified in the locations, the price-quality ratio is not the best. To eat really well, it's stupidly expensive.

Very nice historical city, quite crowded, though.
Very nice historical city, quite crowded, though. We liked Duomo (online booking recommended), Castello Sforzeco is very nice and beautifully lit at night (we spent almost an hour taking pictures there). Milano Centrale train station is a monumental structure inside.
Negatives. Quite expensive even for Italy. Public transportation system (ATM) is a parody, unreliable in every regard.

A wonderful city, combining remarkable ancient history,...
A wonderful city, combining remarkable ancient history, culture, architecture and modern one, some times quite elitist in modern art, fashion, construction Every one has a different opinion and preferences and favorite places. Mine were and are The Duomo, La Scala, Santa Maria la Gracie, the area of BRERA with the pubs and the ancient appearance and........The San SIRO Stadium!
On my next visit I'll stay for more days, go to the the same places but explore new ones, visit more restaurants, by the way, milan cuisine is noticeable! I can't get hold of it!
The infrastructure is very good in Milan, the transport is perfect organized, but avoid peak hours! The same is for the crowds of tourists
in popular places, so just charge yourself with positive patience and there are funny moments in them.

Lovely city, much more sedate than Rome.
Lovely city, much more sedate than Rome. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The Duomo and The Last Supper do not disappoint. I recommend booking a tour for the Duomo so you may go to the rooftop and avoid lines. The tours are not pricey. Reservations for The Last Supper are required. Don't forget to walk through the Santa Maria della Gracie. Castello Sforza is huge - set aside at least a couple of hours. We were there for four nights and I am eager to go back.

Lovely. Nice people, food, shopping and entertainment.
Lovely. Nice people, food, shopping and entertainment. Great transport links between the airport and the city. Express train is 13 euros each way. Once on ghe Metro you can use a card to tap in and out. Plenty to do for a long weekend. One word of caution, we went in April 2024 and the mosquitos were a nightmare. Bring sprays and don't open the windows. Cover arms and legs in the evening. There are loads of good restaurants around the Duomo. Luinos is good for a street food lunch. Don't worry about the queue because it moves quick.

Milan is a great city for shopping, comparable to New York City. You can find everything and shops are open until late. There is some historical sightseeing, but most of the tourism in Milan is about shopping or visiting cultural venues, and modern exhibits like the Prada foundation, Palazzo Reale, and the Trienalle.
We enjoyed I like staying at the hotel because it provide a comfortable and convenient place to stay when I'm away from home. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained. Also I cannot express enough about the great customer service I received from Ivan. He was professional and answered my questions. He was very obliging.
The location was in the Milan City Center within a short walking right in the heart of Milan near Duomo. This made my visit convenient.
The rooms were very nice and clean, the breakfast very good. The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit outside of the city centre but directly in front of the hotel is the bus stop of the 57, which runs every 8-10 minutes and brings you directly to the centre of Milano without changing. So you park the car in the hotel garage and you can go without any stress into the city centre, very convenient .
It was a very pleasant stay and certainly not the last one
The hotel has a modern feel to it and the room, though on the smaller side, was cozy, very clean and well-equipped. The staff throughout the stay were fantastic - friendly, helpful and professional. The location is decent as the hotel is close to both the city centre and the Garibaldi train station (15min walk to both), but it's not right in the middle of town. The gym area was great. In sum, it's a very good hotel and I'd recommend it to anyone stopping in Milan.
We were grateful to have this comfortable and convenient hotel for the last two nights of our travels in Italy. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better for us. It is less than two blocks from Milano Centrale for the Metro to easily see the sights and explore the city, and the train to the airport on our way home. We got a good deal on Booking.com so it was very reasonable as well.
Luigi is the perfect host and representation of what is beautiful about Italy. He did everything to make our stay a special one and for this we are extremely grateful! The apartment was cozy and in a great spot to go out and explore Milan. And listen to his recommendations especially about food. We had one of the best meals in Italy at a restaurant he recommended. We hope to see Luigi again in the future!!
we needed a simple place to stay a night in Milan prior to flying out of Italy. it was clean and brand new. The staff was so kind and friendly. We had a long drive in from South Tyrol and while we were communicative about it we were 40 minutes late to meet up for our key. they were gracious the entire time. Lots of restaurants and shopping witching walking distance.
Location was perfect! In the heart of Milan, was able to walk to the duomo and designer shops. Stayed two nights and they made our bed, after the first night which we appreciated (stayed a month in Italy and one of the few places we stayed did this). Stored our luggage for us after check out. Very clean, bathroom shower was spacious.
Adorable zebra themed hotel located in Milan's Navigli district, which is slightly out of Milan's city centre. Really good access to metro and tram, <5 min walk. Nice night life with restaurants along the canals very close by. The room was beautifully decorated with a very spacious bathroom and balcony, so can't complain.
Hotel is in walking distance from Milan Central Station and allows easy access to the City Centre.
The bed for my child was a normal bed and not a foldable one which allowed my child to relax properly.
If you do not have breakfast booked there is a nice place next to the hotel where you can order a full breakfast.
A very stylish hotel, with a dark, almost "goth" look to the whole place.
One of the closest hotels to the monstrous Stazione Centrale.
The breakfast was very complete (for Italy), and even included eggs & bacon!
The staff I spoke to were extremely warm & helpfull.
The Wi-Fi was excellent, and easy to connect to.
Located in heart of the city centre only 20 minute walk from train station, It was very convenient for me and also I could drop my bags off at the hotel early in the morning before check in time which allowed me to enjoy the city of Milan for a day. I really loved staying here
I wanted a short stopover with access to the city centre and close to Milane Centrale Railway Station. This hotel provided that. Both the staff I dealt with were helpful and polite.
It hasd very good access to teh Metro which stops very close to the front of the hotel.
The hotel itself is super cool, very modern and artsy.
We really liked the room and they got us a nice surprise for our honeymoon.
It was also our last stop before leaving Italy, so the hotel being so close to the train station was a really nice touch.
Very friendly stuff, we came before 12 a.m and we were checked in with out any problem. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious, a variety of different food so what is not typicall in Italy. If we come to Milan, we will back here for sure
We've stayed in this hotel 5 times one or two nights, going to and from different places in Italy. The staff is extremely helpful. 15 minutes walk from Milano Centrale. It's an old style hotel.
The lobby and staff are excellent, there is also a nice bar in the hotel. Location is perfect, very close to the Duomo and major city centre sites within Milan (Quadrilatero della mode, etc.).
The perfect location to see Milan. A very reasonable price for a city centre hotel. Staff at reception made us feel very welcome. We’re coming back to stay again this year
