We was very well received, this was the best treatment that we've ever had. All things that we need and advices about the city were in the data, is not the best hotel in the world but the treatment of staff made all difference. In the vicinity like tabakshop, gas station or supermarket, the people are very very warm and friendly and they appreciate the effort to talk in Deutsch but everyone in Salzburg talk in english without problem.

The Holiday Inn Salzburg City, an IHG Hotel, is only a 10-minute walk away from the Mirabell Gardens and a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. The breakfast was excellent. The bar was sufficient. The receptionists were very helpful. They provided a map, places to eat. complimentary drinks, were very friendly and attentive to my needs.
