I have never rated a property at a 10 - but I am confident in giving this apartment a perfect rating! I have been traveling across Italy for 2 weeks and this by far was my most comfortable stay! I can tell how much time & effort was put into designing this beautiful space. It was GORGEOUS! The hot tub was incredible too! It was clean, equipped with A/C, laundry, & a small kitchen! This was the most comfortable bed & pillows I have ever slept on!! The location was great too, just a short walk to the center of everything but just enough outside of the center to avoid crowds and noise. Our host was kind, helpful & which to respond . If I ever make it to Bologna again, I will absolutely stay here again!

Ring the bell and she is expecting you and brings you the key. The place is neat and clean and she has plenty of goodies for breakfast and healthier options as well. The place is easy to get to by taxi and a nice coffee cafe across the main thoroughfare. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. When we went to leave she found an item we left behind and brought it to us. She does not speak a lot of English however that is what Google translate is for. Great stay and great host.

We arrived at the stunning apartment that was incredibly clean! The owner of the apartment is charming! Explained everything related to the apartment in detail! Breakfast was lovely! He left us groceries of all good things! The shower is perfect! Always hot water and has options like a jacuzzi 🤩 The parking is very convenient! And the apartment is in front of the ground floor parking, so very convenient with the luggage! The area is quiet and not far from the city center! The bus stop is also right in front of the apartment, so it's convenient to take a bus to the city if you don't want to walk.. Thank you very much for the perfect apartment!
