This place is out of the ordinary. It is like a museum, one of these old properties that put you back in time. Lovely breakfast, stunning and big rooms that are well decorated. Very tasteful. A little gem 5-10 min walk from the main tourist attractions: I highly recommend!

Palazzo Guicciardini ligger i Florens, 5 minuters promenad från Ponte Vecchio. Hotellet är inrett med fresker från 1500-talet. Gratis WiFi finns i alla utrymmen. Exklusivt, vackert och tyst rum till rimligt pris. Lugn, avkopplande miljö. Generös och mycket trevligt serverad frukost, men för mycket sötsaker för min smak. Skulle gärna återkomma hit och rekommenderar varmt.

La Scaletta ligger i en 1400-talsbyggnad vid floden Arnos, mellan bron Ponte Vecchio och Palazzo Pitti. Takterrassen är öppen året runt och erbjuder panoramautsikt. We brought our 2 dogs and they had 2 pet beds out for them and a food/water bowl. I’ve never had a hotel do that and I genuinely appreciated it because my dogs mean the world to me. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and let us check in after normal hours with no issues and was nice to my dog. He even helped us bring our luggage to the room. Great location and hotel was clean as well.

Palazzo Guadagni Hotel ligger i en 1500-talsbyggnad vid ett lugnt torg, 5 minuters promenad från Ponte Vecchio. Här finns en takterrass med underbar utsikt. Centrally located, no doubt about that, and the market on the squares was full of time. The view is good and the room is just what we need, we are two adults with two young children. We love the antique style. The stuff are helpful with valet parking, and provide to us detailed information about the hotel and the area. Breakfast is also nice. We did not hear much noises even though there are bars opened to late mid-night.
