The Pillows Hotel truly stood out for its incredibly helpful staff, who provided service with a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth. The room service, offered by the hotel’s Brasserie, was a highlight of our stay. It was a delightful surprise to receive such prompt, non-soggy, and tasty food directly to our room. Additionally, the gym and spa facilities, particularly the complimentary hydro bed massage treatments, added a luxurious touch that enhanced our overall experience. A notable mention must be made of how efficiently the staff handled our booking mistake. Despite having booked for the wrong month, they adjusted our reservation without hesitation, showcasing their exceptional customer service.

Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam - Amstel is a beautiful 4-star hotel in Amsterdam with a swimming pool, fitness, spa and wellness center. Staff was welcomed and kind , the hotel was very nice and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was great with a lot of choices,we stayed in a superior room which was very nice and the bath with bubbles was also appreciated.

Located in the Oost district in Amsterdam, 2.4 km from Carre Theatre, Hotel V Fizeaustraat features a sun terrace and views of the city. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. We were especially grateful that the management accepted a date change after a mistake was made. The hotel itself was fabulous!

Friendly staff, nice and comfy rooms, excellent breakfast, an amazing location close to the city centre, and a few minutes away from the underground/metro station.
