Reception staff are helpful and kind, I would highlight Sadaf /receptions lady/, and Suraj, Jamuna, Sabina for cleanliness. The point is, if Fujairah then Time Moonstone!!! I recommend to everyone! Great service , clean hotel , amazing helpful stuff , it happened that my car key fell down from the elevator gap from the 12th floor and they acted very professionally, and called the responsible company for the elevator maintenance and they brought the key next morning , and as they found it broken in 4 pieces they managed to fix it and it worked fine , this is a great experience who has let me forget about this nightmare that i lived for couple of hours from the night to the morning, i am so thankful for all the stuff from the reception to the room service , they were so helpful and professional … thank you billions for your great help indeed

Located in Fujairah, 7 km from Fujairah Mall, Uptown Hotel Apartment Fujairah By Gewan features a fitness centre and views of the sea. The Hotel staff where very nice and they are welcoming. The staff are really supportive and helpful with all the details. Gokul one of the employees was amazing. The restaurant service was also impeccable. All in all it’s worth saying that the hotel is suited for family’s with kids.
