Smooth check-in and check-out, friendly staff who accommodated my request. Good breakfast options. Just a few steps away from the old town with lots of restaurants, bars, shops. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel for a bus to the train station. Immaculate room, great WIFI. I would stay here again when in Aargau.

I used to live in this hotel a few times around 10 years ago. Just had chance to bring my family here. This hotel has access to a fantastic hot spring for free, it provides refreshment fruit juice and apple by the gate for everyone, and it looks nice and clean in our Suite with balcony. It also provided delicious thanks cookie while check-out. Really enjoyed it!

Located a few minutes walk from the Thermae baths; tickets for which were included for the whole of our stay, including the day we left. Had a lovely spacious room with a good sized balcony.Also had a coffee machine. We’re able to lock our bikes securely in their garage. Lovely location by the lake, though no view from our room in an annexe at the rear of the hotel. The rooms were well equipped, nicely furnished and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good and we appreciated the restaurant although we thought it was relatively expensive.
