Clean rooms and very helpful hotel staff. They helped to find the hotel entrance to the hotel when we got lost and helped out in a difficult situation. I forgot my bag at the hotel, the staff found it and sent it to us in a taxi. Only thanks to the hotel staff we managed to catch our flight. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel with its amazing staff.

Conveniently located in Samsun, beachfront Sheraton Grand Samsun Hotel offers modern rooms with stunning sea view. The property has a garden and a terrace. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. The staff was great. Every time I needed something, they were ready to provide their assistance. They are trying to make you feel special and are very friendly. Thanks to all members of the staff, however, I want to specially thank receptionist Yusuf Bicdirici and staff from the Fora restaurant: Nesrin Gencal, Mucahit Acbasrak and Sema Sarioglu. In addition, location and facilities are also great, personally, I liked the private beach of the hotel and swimming pools, cleanliness is great too. The food is very delicious, breakfast was very good and with variety of food, meals at the restaurant were great as well.
